THE MISSION
The mission was the expansion and renovation of a facility providing emergency housing and long-term support for individuals experiencing homelessness. The ultimate result was strengthened social services capacity and improved dignity and privacy for residents.
The Challenge
Managing a capital project for an active shelter requires deep sensitivity to the vulnerable populations being served, ensuring continuity of care during construction.
