The project required the integration of large-scale public art into functional civic infrastructure. We collaborated closely with artist Tim Bavington to create "Pipe Dream (Fanfare for the Common Man)," a custom sculptural shell that also serves as the backdrop and acoustic support for an outdoor performance stage.
