THE MISSION
SAMA required a phased renovation of its gallery spaces and back-of-house facilities. Critically, the project also included the implementation of a new Central Utility Plant to support the institution's long-term growth.
The Challenge
Executing heavy infrastructure upgrades within an active museum requires highly sensitive coordination with daily operations and strict adherence to building preservation standards.
